Role Description The Full-stack Developer will work on the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that power Candour Systems’ School ERP platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gautam Buddha Nagar and involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality. Daily responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, developing secure and scalable server-side components, integrating APIs and databases, and ensuring optimal performance across the stack. The developer will participate in code reviews, write clean and testable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. The role also includes documenting technical solutions and supporting deployments in coordination with the wider engineering team.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
Experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components.
Ability to design, test, and debug web applications with attention to performance, security, and scalability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Experience with education technology or ERP systems is an advantage.
