Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Project Manager will oversee interior architecture and signage projects from concept to completion, coordinating design development, planning, and execution in alignment with client requirements and project goals. Responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, monitoring site progress, and ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with specifications. The role involves coordinating with internal design and production teams, external vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve issues, track materials and deliveries, and maintain clear communication. The Project Manager will prepare reports, documentation, and status updates, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely, precise, and cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting for end-to-end delivery.
Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor-related coordination and Logistics Management to handle materials, vendors, and timelines.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor site work, quality standards, and adherence to design and safety requirements.
Relevant experience in interior architecture, construction, fit-out, or signage projects is highly beneficial.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and basic understanding of design drawings and technical documentation.
A bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
