🚀 We’re Hiring | Manager – Category Management at Zepto!
We’re looking for a Category Manager who can drive category growth, build strong vendor partnerships, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and make the right assortment choices to fuel business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and managing strong vendor relationships
Driving commercial negotiations, margins, and profitability
Identifying the right products and expanding category assortment
Ensuring product availability and strong vendor service levels
Driving joint business plans and unlocking growth opportunities
Analysing performance metrics and improving business outcomes
Who should apply?
2–4 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Key Account Management
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
A strong sense of ownership, analytical thinking, and an execution-first mindset
