About the Opportunity:
The BUSINESS ANALYST ADVISOR role is designed to align technology solutions with business strategies to enhance reporting capabilities, improve data-driven decision-making, and optimize operational planning. This position contributes by developing and maintaining analytical models and reports that support business performance, process improvements, and data consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Identify business problems that can be addressed through data analysis.
Develop, maintain, and refine reports and analytical models.
Manage historical and forward-looking business metrics for decision support.
Prepare regular reporting packages with results and variance analysis.
Drive process improvement and standardization across business lines.
Establish standardized definitions for key data elements and support data quality projects.
Support implementation of technology solutions to automate processes and enhance controls.
Generate ad hoc reports using custom data queries.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather necessary data.
Develop consistent views of product performance and operational support.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of work experience preferably in Payments or a related industry.
Advanced expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and analytical solution design.
Strong business partnership skills and focus on end-user adoption.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated collaboration and business acumen.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000.
Salary reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hires and varies based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
Eligible for annual performance-based incentive.
