📢 We’re Hiring: Field Support Engineer
📍 Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi NCR
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BCA in Hardware & Networking
💰 In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month
📄 Service Agreement: 2 Years
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot biometric machines, software, and access control systems at client sites.
Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
Conduct client training and assist with system setup and configuration.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service reports and documentation of client interactions.
Travel extensively across Delhi NCR for client visits and technical support.
✅ Required Skills & Eligibility
Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive field travel.
Prior experience with biometric systems or access control solutions will be an added advantage.
