🚀 We're Hiring: Customer Support Specialist – Ads 🚀
Job Details:
Location: Gurgaon
Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through calls, Chat, and Phone in a blended support environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.
Analyze customer concerns by reviewing case history and identifying the root cause to deliver effective resolutions.
Use AI-powered tools and LLMs to summarize cases, retrieve policy information, and draft personalized customer responses.
Follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, manage case follow-ups, and ensure timely resolutions.
Act as a customer advocate by identifying product issues, documenting trends, and contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
