Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale operations to achieve business objectives.
Drive key performance metrics, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and process performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement effective operational solutions.
