Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Data Specialist. The Data Specialist will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, managing data repositories, and building data models to generate actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and interpreting structured and unstructured data, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and generating reports to support business decision-making processes. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical and organizational abilities to handle complex data and maintain efficient data systems.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Data Analytics and strong Analytical Skills to interpret and draw actionable insights from data.
Expertise in Data Management, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining large datasets.
Experience in Data Analysis and Data Modeling to design and implement effective business-driven data solutions.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and software like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
