Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term client retention. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, and Operations, to meet client expectations.
Monitor customer satisfaction, service delivery, SLAs, and escalations.
Track client requests, service tickets, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Prepare regular client reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
Conduct client meetings and provide updates on ongoing activities.
Required Skills:
5+years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong experience in client handling, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
Experience in IT services or a technology-driven organization is preferred.
