Project Manager – Civil & MEPF

Role Overview
QUOLIKE is looking for a practical, execution-oriented Project Manager to manage swimming pool, water-treatment, STP and associated civil and MEPF projects from planning to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, scheduling, site execution and timely completion.
Coordinate civil works, waterproofing, plumbing, piping, electrical and mechanical installations.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site engineers and installation teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, site measurements, material requirements and contractor bills.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, quality, safety and labour productivity.
Prepare daily progress reports, weekly project updates and issue trackers.
Coordinate equipment installation, testing, commissioning, snag rectification and handover.
Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and MEPF coordination.
Experience in contractor management, site execution and project scheduling.
Ability to read drawings, understand BOQs and verify site measurements.
Good communication, problem-solving and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
Preferred: Experience in swimming pools, water treatment, STP, plumbing, filtration systems or industrial EPC projects.
Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
