📍 Location: Mumbai, India

At Redacto, we deploy our platform for enterprise clients across Kubernetes environments, on-premises data centres, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
We're looking for a motivated Implementation Engineer to help deploy, configure, and troubleshoot our platform across customer environments while ensuring smooth and reliable implementations.
🔹 What You'll Do
Assist with deploying and configuring the Redacto platform across Kubernetes clusters, cloud environments, and on-premises data centres.
Support end-to-end implementations, including installation, configuration, testing, and production go-live.
Deploy applications using Helm and Docker, including offline bundles for air-gapped environments.
Work with Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Troubleshoot deployment issues related to Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and application configurations.
Support monitoring, logging, and alerting setup for deployed environments.
Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and implementation guides.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Basic hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container deployments.
✅ Familiarity with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests.
✅ Basic understanding of Terraform and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
✅ Linux administration and basic Bash or Python scripting.
✅ Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, ingress, ports, and TLS.
✅ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Willingness to learn and work on real-world enterprise deployments.
✨ Good to Have
Exposure to air-gapped or offline deployments.
Familiarity with EKS, AKS, or GKE.
Knowledge of Harbor/Nexus or container registries.
Basic understanding of PostgreSQL.
Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or Argo CD.
Relevant Kubernetes or cloud certifications.
