Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Hosur. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting with design presentations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating design details, contributing to space planning, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. The role involves working with project teams to integrate structural, MEP, and interior inputs, participating in site visits, and documenting project progress. The Junior Architect will also help with basic project documentation, communication with consultants, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows, such as using design software and coordinating digital project information.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, supporting schedules, and assisting in coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in common architectural and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment are preferred.
