About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources & Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in college outreach, recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with college TPOs and placement coordinators through calls and emails.
Build relationships with colleges for placement partnerships.
Generate leads through college research, cold calling, and follow-ups.
Collect and maintain college, student, and candidate data using Excel and Google Sheets.
Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
Support onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance management.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach, leads, and recruitment activities.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA (HR), or a related management field.
Freshers only.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
