Business Development Executive (BDE)
Remote | Night Shift | Sri Lanka
As a BDE at Embtel, you will be the growth engine for our three verticals — Immigration, Accounting, and IT. Your role involves reaching out to potential international clients, building relationships, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline under the guidance of our senior leadership team.
Shift Details
This is a night shift role aligned with US business hours. Since Sri Lanka shares the same time zone as India (UTC +5:30), the working hours are:
9:00 PM – 6:30 AM Sri Lanka Standard Time (SLST)
Monday to Friday | 2 scheduled breaks included
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed holidays
US Federal Holidays: Applicable and observed

Salary & Compensation

Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates or final-year students from BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, or any relevant professional program
No prior experience required — the right attitude is what matters
Must be comfortable working night shifts from home
Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
