1.负责采购项目运作及商务管理，包括进度管理、需求管理、商务谈判、价格管理、合同管理及执行过程中的问题管理；
2.负责落实采购成本控制目标，降低综合采购成本；
3.负责供应商的开发、管理及绩效评估与绩效改进；
4.配合项目新需求及新品类，市场调研及分析、供应资源开发及评估、项目采购策略制定并实施（供应商选择、价格谈判、合同签署及交付管理等）；
5.深入了解业务诉求并协助业务梳理需求转化为采购需求。
