Job Description :
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in taxation, transaction advisory, or financial advisory support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial modeling, corporate structuring, taxation, and fundraising activities, along with the ability to support advisory assignments and client engagements.
Candidates with relevant tax and transaction advisory experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare business models, financial models, and valuation models.
Analyze financial statements, ratios, and business performance metrics.
Assist in fundraising activities and coordinate with banks and NBFCs.
Prepare working capital assessments and term loan proposals.
Develop pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums for buy-side and sell-side transactions, equity raising, and debt raising.
Support corporate restructuring, business structuring, and taxation assignments.
Work on matters relating to Corporate Laws, FEMA, Direct Tax, and Indirect Tax.
Assist with Ind-AS implementation and financial statement restatement.
Support IPO planning and preparation assignments.
Prepare client presentations, reports, financial analyses, and advisory documents.
Required Skills & Competencies
Relevant exposure to taxation, transaction advisory, or financial advisory assignments.
Strong analytical, financial interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Ind-AS, FEMA, Corporate Laws, and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
Communication Skills
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, bankers, and internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
Candidates with hands-on experience in taxation and transaction advisory or financial advisory support will be preferred.
Candidates from CA firms, financial advisory firms, transaction advisory practices, or consulting firms are encouraged to apply.
