Consultant- Backend Monitoring Executive

Our client, India’s Leading Energy Solutions Provider is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical resource to ensure optimal system performance and timely issue resolution across commissioned solar installations. The role requires strong monitoring, data analysis, and coordination capabilities to drive operational efficiency, maintain performance standards, and support a seamless customer experience through proactive issue identification and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register commissioned systems and validate telemetry connectivity and performance baselines.
• Monitor system generation, uptime, and alerts daily to identify performance deviations.
• Classify and track connectivity, system, soiling, and usage-related issues.
• Raise and route service tickets to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Coordinate with Solar Doctors for site visits and corrective actions.
• Track service requests and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate system performance records, service history, and monitoring reports.
• Support generation guarantee assessments, operational reviews, and performance reporting.
Skills Required
Qualifications:
B. Tech / BE or Diploma
1-3 years of experience in technical support, operations monitoring, renewable energy operations.
Experience with ticket management systems, and operational reporting preferred.
Exposure to solar, energy, utilities, telecom network monitoring, or technical operations environments preferred.
Understanding of solar PV performance monitoring, energy generation metrics, uptime, and system diagnostics.
Proficiency in monitoring dashboards, Excel/BI tools, ticketing systems, and data analysis.
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
