Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced, dependable, and friendly Barista / Closing Supervisor to join our team at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor!
We are looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently lead a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages.
Provide excellent customer service in a busy café environment.
Supervise evening café operations and support team members.
Oversee closing procedures, cleaning, and daily checklists.
Handle cash transactions and register operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café.
Ensure food safety and company standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
Previous barista experience required.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
