We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to own, scale, and optimize high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Join our core technology team to build seamless, user-focused digital experiences from development to deployment.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Own the development and delivery of complex web features from requirement gathering to production.
Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Translate product and design requirements into robust technical solutions.
Design and integrate APIs while collaborating closely with backend engineers.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across the application.
Participate actively in code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Contribute to technical architecture, technology decisions, and long-term product scalability.
Mentor junior engineers and help improve overall engineering quality and development processes.
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
4–6 years of professional experience in web development, preferably in product/startup environments.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architecture.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, including routing, server-side rendering, API routes, and performance optimization.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+ concepts, asynchronous programming, and modern development practices.
Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and building responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.
