About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first voice of ORNAZ for customers exploring a high-value, emotional purchase. You will connect with inbound leads, understand what they are looking for, build trust, and guide them from first inquiry to a store visit, virtual consultation, and purchase. If you enjoy conversations, thrive on targets, and take pride in great follow-up, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads from the website, social media, WhatsApp, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
Engage customers over calls, WhatsApp, email, and video to understand their needs, budget, timeline, and purchase intent.
Qualify leads and recommend the right products, designs, and next steps.
Book and coordinate store visits and virtual consultations for the sales team.
Nurture prospects through consistent, personalized follow-ups to drive conversions.
Manage your pipeline and keep all lead activity updated in the CRM.
Work closely with the sales, customer experience, and design teams for a smooth customer journey.
Achieve targets for appointments booked, lead conversion, and revenue.
Share customer insights and suggest ideas to improve engagement and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years in inside sales, business development, customer relationship management, luxury or premium retail, or jewellery sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfort handling conversations across phone, WhatsApp, email, and video.
A target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
Working knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon, six days a week including weekends.
Preferred backgrounds: luxury jewellery, premium retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, banking relationship management, or D2C brands.
