About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, has a sharp eye for minimal, luxury aesthetics, and wants to grow with a fast-moving brand. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams, and your designs will go live and be seen by thousands.
What You’ll Do
Design Instagram posts, reel covers, stories, and carousels
Create campaign visuals, moodboards, and brand assets with guidance from the senior team
Keep designs consistent with ORNAZ’s clean, minimal, luxury look
Collaborate with content and marketing to turn ideas into visuals
Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Keep up with social media design trends and share fresh ideas
Organize brand files, templates, and asset libraries
Who You Are
0-1 year of experience (freshers and interns with a strong portfolio are welcome)
Good sense of aesthetics: minimal, elegant, never loud
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Solid grasp of typography, layout, color, and composition
Instagram-first mindset and awareness of current design trends
Detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and quick to learn
Someone who genuinely cares about how things look
Bonus Points
Basic video editing (CapCut, Reels)
Jewellery or product photo retouching
Personal design portfolio, Behance/Instagram page, or internship work
A Pinterest-worthy eye
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Design, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field. A portfolio is required; thoughtful work matters more than quantity.
