About Us
Ava Reform sells high-quality at-home Pilates reformers online. We're a growing ecommerce brand looking for an intern to build and manage our influencer and UGC partnerships.
What You'll Do
Find and reach out to Pilates instructors, fitness influencers, and UGC creators
Negotiate collaborations, rates, and deliverables
Manage ongoing relationships with creators and keep partnerships on track
Provide friendly, professional communication and support to creators and customers
Track partnerships, content delivered, and results
What We're Looking For
Excellent written English
Curious about the health, fitness, and Pilates industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident negotiating, with a sales mindset
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing many conversations at once
What You'll Get
Hands-on experience in influencer marketing for a growing fitness brand
Potential to move into a full-time role with a full-time salary after 6 months
