Role Description The Learning & Development Specialist at Plantar MT will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee growth and performance. This part-time, remote role involves conducting needs assessments, developing learning materials, and managing virtual training sessions and workshops. The specialist will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and maintain consistent learning standards across the company. Day-to-day activities include creating and updating course content, tracking participation and outcomes, providing coaching and feedback to learners, and continuously improving learning experiences based on data and stakeholder input.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that address organizational needs.
Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management to administer learning platforms, track learner progress, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to create engaging, accessible, and outcome-focused learning materials and curricula.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to facilitate training sessions, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide clear guidance to learners.
Candidates should possess Coaching skills to support individual development, offer constructive feedback, and encourage continuous learning.
Relevant experience in remote training delivery and virtual facilitation tools is beneficial.
Experience in adult learning principles, performance improvement, or organizational development is an advantage.
A degree or certification in education, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
