Python Software Engineer - Senior / Lead
Experience: 5-8+ years
We are looking for experienced Python Engineers to build scalable, high-performance applications at the intersection of cloud computing, Generative AI, and healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable applications using Python and frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Build and deploy cloud-based solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Develop APIs and integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
Lead technical design, resolve complex engineering challenges, and mentor development teams where applicable.
Required Skills
Strong Python development and software architecture expertise.
Experience with cloud platforms and application deployment.
Knowledge of APIs, CI/CD, and scalable system design.
Familiarity with React/Redux and machine learning concepts is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience Requirements
Senior Software Engineer: 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years in Python and 2+ years in cloud development.
Lead Software Engineer: 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Python, 2+ years in cloud development, and at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
BE/BTech/MTech or equivalent technical qualification.
