🔹 Technical Recruiter – Fortune 500 Clients
Experience in technical recruitment and working directly with Fortune 500 clients.
🔹 Non-IT / Business Professional Recruiter
Experience recruiting for Banking, Finance, and BFSI roles.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 2–5 years in US Staffing / Recruitment
🕒 Shift Timings: EST
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
✅ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in US staffing recruitment with direct client exposure.
• Strong domain knowledge relevant to the position.
• Experience handling W2 requirements; MSP/VMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Good understanding of US recruitment processes, taxes, and visa types.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a passion for recruitment.
