.Net Developer

Responsibilities
Design and build complex web applications using modern .NET technologies and related frameworks
Develop and maintain scalable solutions that support healthcare workflows, including claims processing and member and provider data management
Create and optimize database logic using SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Develop and manage data integration solutions using Microsoft SSIS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions
Lead and support Agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices
Identify opportunities to improve development processes and implement innovative technical solutions
Conduct technical evaluations to enhance system performance and reliability
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Ensure software quality, security, and compliance with industry standards
Required Experience and Skills
7 or more years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MVC, Angular, SQL, and Entity Framework
Hands-on experience in web application development
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, including claims workflows, member and provider data, and EDI 837 transactions
Advanced experience working with SQL Server, including query development and database optimization
Practical experience with Microsoft SSIS for data integration and ETL processes
Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to guide team members and support delivery goals
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
