The role supports the lead of a complex, group-wide HR Data Governance project as a trusted delivery partner. Bring together Data Owners, Data Stewards, HR teams, IT and other stakeholders.
Prepare concepts, decision papers and status updates for the project lead.
Capture lessons from pilots and translate them into repeatable standards and implementation steps.

Manage complex sub-projects or project workstreams within the assigned area.
Define the approach for a project or sub-project and establish clear responsibilities.
Coordinate project activities and processes in line with functional requirements and the agreed scope.
Plan work and coordinate project processes; contribute to budgeting, project planning and regular status updates.
Provide functional guidance to project team members working in the assigned area.
Tailor communications to the project lead, team members and other target groups.
Identify and assess risks, communicate them clearly and support their mitigation.
