Job Summary (Product Owner Healthcare Domain)
Lead and manage the product backlog for healthcare technology solutions, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams, and business analysts.
Translate healthcare business requirements into functional and technical user stories.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Work with healthcare payer systems, focusing on claims processing, member enrollment, eligibility, and benefits management.
Ensure product delivery aligns with business goals, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies for effective product management.
Resolve product-related issues through coordination with technical teams.
Maintain strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
Preferred: Experience with Elevance Health, Anthem, or Carelon; knowledge of HIPAA, EDI, and healthcare data integration.
