Salesforce Analyst (f/m/x)

Your tasks
Gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions in Salesforce
Analyzing and modeling business processes and designing solutions tailored to client needs.
Preparing analytical and functional documentation
Participating in workshops and preparing training materials
Recommending solutions based on standard Salesforce functionalities or dedicated solutions
Coordinating UAT testing
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem
Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions
Basic knowledge of system integration and REST API
Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
Good command of Polish and English
Nice to have
Having Salesforce certifications will be an advantage
Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Financial Cloud
