Mulesoft Integration Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant to join our global IT team. Reporting to the Head of Retail ERP, you will define, govern, and evolve the global integration architecture supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.
You will lead the transition from a diverse integration landscape towards a modern, API-led architecture centered on MuleSoft, establishing enterprise standards and ensuring scalable, consistent integrations as the platform expands into new countries and business capabilities.
We are looking out for early joiners who are available to work from the office onsite in Bangalore
Your tasks
Defining the transition towards a modern MuleSoft-centered, API-led architecture
Establishing and enforcing enterprise integration standards, governance processes, and architecture principles in collaboration with the internal MuleSoft team
Reviewing solution designs and acting as the architectural authority for integration decisions across internal teams and external implementation partners
Leading the migration towards MuleSoft as the strategic integration platform, defining migration approaches, implementation standards, and adoption roadmaps
Supporting Business Central expansion into new countries and business capabilities by assessing integration impacts and designing scalable solutions
Building and maintaining relationships with the internal MuleSoft team, Microsoft, implementation partners, and external consultants
Requirements
At least 5 years of Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its integration landscape.
Deep knowledge of MuleSoft and API-led integration architecture.
Proven ability to define enterprise integration strategies, architecture roadmaps and governance frameworks.
Practical experience with integration standards, architecture principles, and solution design reviews.
Ability to lead integration platform migrations and drive technology adoption across teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and B2 English-level communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and external partners.
Nice to have
Experience with global ERP implementations and multi-country Business Central deployments
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services and API management
Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware and enterprise application integration patterns
Background in modernizing legacy integration landscapes and consolidating integration platforms
