Role Description The SAP Specialist will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into effective SAP configurations, especially within SAP FICO and related modules. The SAP Specialist will manage and maintain master data, perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations. Responsibilities also include preparing documentation, training users, providing consulting support, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for ERP and BI systems implemented by Quadric IT.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with experience mapping processes to SAP solutions.
Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and propose effective system and process improvements.
Consulting capabilities, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution presentation.
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration, support, and integration with other SAP modules.
Knowledge of Master Data concepts, governance, and maintenance within SAP environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
Experience working on ERP or BI implementation or support projects, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, user training, and stakeholder interaction.
