Senior Full Stack Engineer – Frappe & React (Lead Track)

KlyONIX Tech is an ERPNext and Frappe implementation company, building AI-powered business solutions from Pollachi. We have been implementing ERPNext since 2017. Now we're building products, integrations and mobile apps on top of the Frappe framework.
We're looking for an engineer who wants to own real work, not just close tickets, and grow into a Technical Lead role with us.
What you'll do
Build and customize Frappe/ERPNext apps: DocTypes, server and client scripts, hooks, REST APIs, background jobs, reports
Develop React web applications and integrations on top of Frappe
Contribute to Android and iOS apps (React Native) connected to ERPNext
Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, Shopify and other APIs
Debug and support production systems for our clients
Over time: review code, mentor juniors, and take part in architecture decisions
Must have
2–4 years of hands-on development experience
Strong Python and JavaScript
React.js experience in real projects
SQL experience (MariaDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
REST API development and integration
Git, plus basic Linux familiarity
Good to have
Frappe/ERPNext development experience (a big plus)
React Native and app store releases
Docker, Nginx, cloud servers (AWS, GCP or similar)
Exposure to AI/LLM APIs

⚠️ Location requirement: This role is strictly work-from-office in Pollachi. Candidates currently living in or around Pollachi, Kinathukadavu, Udumalpet or south Coimbatore are preferred. Remote or hybrid applications will not be considered.
Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA, based on experience and skills.
