Banquet Server: Part-Time

Job Class: Part Time, Episodic
Hiring Range: $21/hour
Work Schedule: Varies, and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business and event needs. This is an episodic position and hours and schedules may fluctuate based on operational demands.
Essential Duties
Provides a friendly and professional atmosphere for guests.
Is attentive to guest’s needs and requests.
Works in a team atmosphere with other servers to provide the highest quality service.
Provides service that meets or exceeds museum standards.
Performs proper serving etiquette.
Adheres to all policies and procedures as set forth in Server Training Manual.
Assists with set-up of room per diagram with appropriate, tables, chairs, tablecloths and table wares.
At close of event, performs proper breakdown as assigned by the Banquet Captain with equipment returned to the appropriate and designated storage area.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Able to provide exemplary customer service by consistently demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
