About The Role
As our dedicated frontend engineer, you will own the entire user-facing product: the client build console, the learner / roleplay app and the analytics dashboards building them to an enterprise-grade standard and evolving them as we onboard new enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build responsive, high-quality web interfaces in React.js and TypeScript with frontend tools (Figma).
Build Figma designs according to the product requirements and workflows.
Build and maintain a reusable component library and a theming / configuration layer so new client instances are configured, not rebuilt.
Implement client-specific branding, dashboards and views for a multi-tenant enterprise product.
Integrate REST APIs and work closely with the backend engineer.
Turn client feedback into UI changes within sprint cycles after launch.
Own features end to end, from design through deployment, with attention to performance, responsiveness, accessibility and cross-browser polish.
Refine and extend the UI/UX and design system we have initial Figma designs and you will take them forward with a strong design sense.
Required Skills
Strong React.js, Redux, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
Strong hands-on with Tailwind CSS (or similar) and expertise in building Figma designs.
Experience integrating REST APIs Git frontend build and deployment.
A portfolio of real-world web apps you have built AND shipped to production.
A good eye for design, detail and usability.
Good to Have
Next.js state management (React Query / Zustand / Redux) charting / data-visualization libraries for dashboards.
Experience in an early-stage startup or 0-to-1 product design-system experience.
