Vice President of Products

Role Description
This full-time remote Vice President of Products role is responsible for defining and driving the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end product management, guiding products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with business goals, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights, and ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery. The Vice President of Products will mentor and develop product managers, establish best practices, and implement processes for customer feedback, market analysis, and performance measurement. This role also involves presenting product plans and results to senior leadership, managing product budgets, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
Proven experience in Product Development, from ideation and requirements definition through launch and iteration.
Effective Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations.
Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles, preferably in technology or software-driven environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing distributed teams and collaborating across time zones.
