Vice President of Products

Role Description
The Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to execution. This position oversees product vision, roadmap, and portfolio management while collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product goals and KPIs, prioritizing features, guiding product discovery and development, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases. The role also involves analyzing market trends and customer feedback, making data-informed decisions, managing product budgets, and aligning product initiatives with overall business objectives. The Vice President of Products will mentor and develop product managers, establish best practices, and champion a product-led culture across the organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, including defining vision, roadmap, and portfolio priorities.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, product metrics, and customer insights for data-informed decisions.
Proven experience in Product Development, overseeing ideation, requirements, and delivery in collaboration with technical teams.
Successful track record in Cross-functional Team Leadership, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations.
Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles, preferably at the Director or VP level.
Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background in agile product development methodologies and product discovery practices.
Experience managing and scaling product organizations, including coaching and developing product managers.
