▪ 6–9 yrs hands-on engineering; 3+ yrs production React; recent, substantial Next.js App Router work (server components, server actions, middleware).
▪ Expert TypeScript — generics, discriminated unions, strict mode, types shared across client and server.
▪ Modern CSS (Tailwind or CSS-in-JS); TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
▪ Testing: Jest, Playwright or Cypress.
▪ Performance: bundle analysis, code splitting, image optimisation, caching, measurable Core Web Vitals gains.
Cloud & platform
▪ AWS hands-on: Lambda, S3, ECR, ECS, CloudFront, ElastiCache for Redis, Kubernetes (EKS).
▪ Docker, Helm; Terraform or AWS CDK; GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or CodePipeline.
▪ Observability: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
▪ Security: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, secrets management, OWASP Top 10.
