We're looking for a bartender who cares about craft cocktails and likes giving guests a night they'll talk about.
Duties
Make and serve craft cocktails with precision and consistency
Help guests choose drinks by learning what they like and recommending something they'll love
Batch and prep recipes during slower hours so service runs smoothly
Stock, set up, and close the bar each shift
Bring energy to themed nights, events, and celebrations
Work alongside teammates to keep the energy and the standards high
Qualifications
1+ year of bartending experience (craft cocktail experience is a plus)
Availability for evenings and weekends
A valid Milwaukee bartender's license, kept current while employed
Strong communication skills and a genuine love of hospitality
Composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for long shifts, run a POS system, and lift up to 50 lbs
