Job Description: Support Specialist – Voice Process
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and focused individuals for the Support Specialist – Voice Process role in Kochi. Candidates will be responsible for handling queries, providing effective solutions, and delivering excellent customer service through voice interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with any experience can apply. Candidates with prior BPO experience, US Insurance domain will have an added advantage.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Willingness to work from the office in Kochi.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary up to ₹30,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and suitability.
