Strategic Operations Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the founding team at a fast-growing AI recruiting startup as a Strategic Operations Intern. You will support strategic projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows, helping the team improve how work gets done in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support strategic projects spanning operations, growth, and talent workflows.
- Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or business intelligence reports to inform decisions.
- Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
- Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to operational projects involving recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Experience managing multiple projects independently and delivering on commitments.
- Background in process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for creating and collaborating on documents.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment.
- Recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, recruiting software, or AI business model experience is helpful.
