About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee business operations, execute strategic initiatives, and support the company's long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive leadership experience, strong business judgment, and a proven ability to manage organizational performance, lead senior teams, and develop effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee organizational operations, performance, and strategic execution.
Lead senior management teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Identify business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Establish organizational goals and monitor key performance indicators.
Build relationships with business partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
Support organizational expansion and operational improvement initiatives.
Provide strategic recommendations and performance reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in executive management, business operations, or corporate leadership.
Previous leadership experience as an Executive Director, Managing Director, Vice President, or comparable senior executive.
Proven success managing complex operations and leading organizational growth.
Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial management, and corporate governance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing operational improvements.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage geographically distributed teams in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
