Role Description This part-time remote Life Coach role focuses on supporting clients in clarifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and creating actionable plans for personal and professional growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions via video or phone, actively listening to client concerns, and helping clients identify strengths, values, and priorities. The Life Coach will design tailored coaching programs, assign relevant exercises or reflections, and track progress over time. Additional activities include maintaining accurate session notes, adhering to ethical guidelines, participating in periodic virtual team meetings, and staying current with best practices in coaching and personal development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Life Coaching and Coaching skills to guide clients toward clear goals and meaningful change.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear, respectful feedback.
Candidates should possess Training and Personal Development skills to design growth-oriented activities and support continuous improvement.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing a part-time schedule, and using digital tools for virtual sessions.
Relevant certifications in coaching or counseling, experience with diverse client populations, and familiarity with goal-setting frameworks (e.g., SMART goals) are beneficial.
A background in psychology, counseling, human resources, or related fields, along with strong professional ethics and confidentiality practices, is a plus.
