Founding Sales Representative, SDR to Full-Cycle

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the sales team at a seed-stage software company serving roofing and other trades businesses. You will begin with outbound prospecting, then take ownership of the full sales cycle and help shape the company's growing sales function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make daily outbound calls to qualified roofing business owners and meet targets for attended discovery calls.
- Refine call scripts and objection handling based on conversations with prospects.
- Progress from setting meetings to running demos, handling objections, sending contracts, and closing deals.
- Own sales results and build repeatable scripts and processes for future sales hires.
- Track sales activity and manage prospect and deal data in a CRM.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least one year of quota-carrying sales experience in an SDR, BDR, AE, or similar role, preferably in outbound sales, with a record of meeting quota.
- Experience running high-volume cold-calling campaigns and securing prospect meetings.
- Native-level German, with the confidence and resilience to speak with business owners by phone.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales activity tracking, or reporting.
- SMB, trades, craft business, or owner-operator sales experience is useful; experience at an early-stage software company is also relevant.
- Ready to take deals from prospecting through closing, either from prior experience or within the first quarter.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
€50,000 annual base salary and €90,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
