Salesforce FSC Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities
• Produce low-level designs (LLDs), component designs and technical tasks from the architect’s high-level design (HLD).
• Lead and mentor senior developers and developers; allocate work and review deliverables.
• Own code reviews, static analysis, unit-test coverage and deployment readiness.
• Build complex components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio and Integration Procedures where required.
• Manage source-control branching, CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion with DevOps.
• Support performance tuning, governor-limit management and production readiness.
Essential Skills
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow and OmniStudio.
• FSC data model and configuration.
• Integration build using REST/SOAP callouts, Named Credentials and Platform Events.
• Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset or Azure DevOps.
Desirable Skills / Certifications
• Platform Developer II.
• OmniStudio Developer.
• FSC Accredited Professional.
