Job Title: AEM Scrum Master

Role Summary
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for the AEM DevOps team, ensuring efficient sprint execution, release planning, environment readiness, and collaboration across development, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning for AEM DevOps workstreams.
Manage sprint delivery by tracking user stories, defects, operational tasks, and deployment activities to ensure on-time completion of sprint commitments.
Coordinate AEM release and deployment activities across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments, working closely with DevOps and platform teams.
Track and remove delivery impediments, dependencies, and risks impacting CI/CD pipelines, environment availability, infrastructure, and release schedules.
Maintain Agile governance and reporting, including velocity, burn-down charts, sprint metrics, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among AEM developers, DevOps engineers, Akamai/CDN teams, QA teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve deployment efficiency, release quality, automation maturity, and team productivity.
Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps best practices, supporting high-quality, predictable, and scalable delivery.
Desired Skills
7+ years of Scrum Master experience in Digital, AEM or DevOps programs.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) delivery and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, release management, environment management, and infrastructure operations.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or similar Agile/DevOps tools.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
