Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and databases.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor their performance.
Prepare recruitment reports and track shortlisted, rejected, on-hold, selected, and joined candidates.
Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment for automotive, retail, sales, technical, corporate, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Target-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
