Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for ISO consulting and related services, with a focus on clients in and around Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role involves lead generation through research, networking, and outreach, as well as managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal consulting and delivery teams, and preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client needs. The executive will regularly follow up with prospects and existing accounts, track performance against business targets, and contribute insights to improve service offerings and market positioning. This position is based at the 4C Consulting office in Ahmedabad and requires regular in-person meetings with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship skills to nurture long-term client partnerships and ensure repeat engagements.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
Candidates should possess a good understanding of consulting or professional services sales; knowledge of ISO standards, quality management, or operational excellence frameworks is an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in consulting or compliance services) would be beneficial.
