Position: Hardware Expert (MSc. or PhD)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60 - $120/hour
Location: Global, fully remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Create hardware engineering problems based on realistic industry or research scenarios
Develop clear reference solutions using various engineering methods
Validate results using tools like Python, MATLAB, and C/C++
Evaluate complex engineering challenges requiring sound judgment
Optimize engineering processes while ensuring reproducibility
Collaborate with project teams to meet specifications and deadlines
Document findings and results for independent verification
Requirements
MSc. or PhD in relevant engineering or physics field
Significant experience in hardware engineering and product development
Proven ability to solve substantial engineering problems
Familiarity with test automation platforms and engineering software
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Experience working with Coding Agents in engineering tasks
Ability to create and validate engineering solutions independently
