Job Summary
Responsible for supervising housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assign daily housekeeping duties.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
Coordinate room readiness with Front Office.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
Train and guide housekeeping associates.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
2-4 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
