We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to drive university partnerships, B2B sales, and revenue growth!
Key Details :
Role: Cluster Manager – University & Institutional Business
Location: Karnataka/Telangana Cluster: Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 3 – 10 Years
Travel: Extensive travel across the assigned cluster
Compensation: As per industry norms
What You’ll Do:
* Acquire new universities and colleges across UP, Delhi, Haryana, & Punjab.
* Engage with senior decision-makers (VCs, Deans, Directors, TPOs) to close MoUs & institutional deals.
* Lead, mentor, and guide Inside Sales and Field Executives.
* Expand existing accounts and manage revenue pipelines.
What We Are Looking For:
* 3–10 years in B2B/Institutional Sales, EdTech, or University Partnerships.
* Strong university network across North India.
* Proven track record of high-value closures and team leadership.
* Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
